A TOOL THAT WORKS FOR YOU
Say goodbye to complex and time-consuming mission planning.
The Sentinus uses computer vision to “see” where it is going and where it has been, calculating full-coverage survey scans via intelligent algorithms.
At the press of a few buttons, the Sentinus starts its scan process and works with you, not against you, leaving the operator’s hands free and focussed on watching the output.
MOVEMENT FLEXIBILITY
inspect from any orientation
Ideal for hull or infrastructure inspections that involve curved surfaces, the Sentinus can rotate freely to inspect at any angle. Need to inspect the bottom of a hull? Rotate the Sentinus with ease and gather the whole picture with no limitations.
- Flexible
- Fast
- Self-operating

FULL OF FUNCTIONALITY
FEATURES THAT MAKE INSPECTIONS
FASTER AND EASIER

With eight powerful thrusters onboard, the Sentinus can inspect 1000m2 of an survey target object per hour.
The camera layout and wide field of view also contribute to inspection speed, allowing for larger sections of an object to be visually inspected in one pass.

There are 14 individual 1500 lumen lights onboard the Sentinus.
This lighting set-up results in optimal lighting of the survey target, for crisper and more detailed visual outputs, even in dark or murky waters.

Six high quality cameras are spaced onboard at intervals ideal for the best possible visual coverage.
Additionally, there are two side-facing cameras playing an important role on the Sentinus - specifically for computer navigation and collision detection, for the safest possible experience.

Because the Sentinus is controlled by advanced computer algorithms instead of manually, the robot is able to automatically counteract currents and move smoothly and steadily. This results in clear video footage.
A standard ROV, controlled manually with a joystick, requires the operator to be constantly focused on correcting against water movements in all directions. The Sentinus is an easier way to survey.
