BAR WELCOMES NEW CEO ONBOARD
This week, we warmly welcome our new CEO, Mads Andersen, onboard our growing team of maritime and robotics enthusiasts.
Mads comes to us with a lengthy background in the Danish marine and offshore industries, having held key roles in companies such as Wilhelmsen Ships Service, Schlumberger, and M-I Swaco.
He prides himself on his leadership skills and maintains a focus on developing business through strong contractual negotiations and the execution of sales plans.
In regard to Blue Atlas Robotics as a company, Mads had this to say earlier today:
“We firmly believe we have a solid foundation that will allow for us to accelerate the company towards our vision of providing high quality underwater images to all industries being exposed to the marine environment from the Shipping Industry, Offshore Oil & Gas and Windmill Farms, as well as any shore-based structures

A SHORT INTERVIEW WITH MADS
Get to know our new CEO! We’ve asked Mads a couple of questions about himself and his new position.
Why Blue Atlas Robotics? What sparked your interest in joining the team?
I decided to join Blue Atlas Robotics, based on the belief that the technology and the people involved will allow for us to bring new value propositions into the maritime and other related industries. I can envision a real and tangible positive impact on the environmental footprint we leave across the world’s oceans.
Which aspect of your new role are you most excited about?
To be part of developing something new, when it comes to both the team, product, and service offering and being able to make an impact from day one.
What’s your favourite hobby which you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time, I particularly love engaging in the joy of exploring as much of the Danish countryside as possible on my race bike. It’s great way to experience and enjoy nature!
